The bed was very comfortable! The indoor pool was very clean and warm! the hot tub was clean and very relaxing! The breakfast had variety with some staples that were there daily. We could always find something we liked!

The Suite that sleeps six was so helpful for our family since we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and a small "home away from home." This saves us a quite a bit of money since we can "cook" a little bit in our room. Every time we stay we find one more little nicety that makes our trip better. This time we discovered a toaster and can opener. That may not be a big deal to some, but when you have three kids you don't always want to be eating out all the time and kitchen amenities such as these make it possible to have alternatives to dining out. Dishes, microwave, and full size fridge are things we rely heavily on for our stay and they can only be found at this location. We can even do our laundry. Our kids love the pool and the fact that it's open year round is a real treat. Craig does not have many hotels but this one chooses to exceed standards even if they don't have much to compete with in town. That says a lot about a place and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Excellent staff. Everyone friendly and helpful.

Our suite was clean and spacious and included a sofa bed, full fridge, large table, and several chairs—which was awesome for our family of 6!The pool and hot tub were a comfortable temperature and very much enjoyed by our kids. The breakfast was better than most—my daughter and I couldn’t get enough of the potatoes! The guy in charge of breakfast was super personable too. The place was quiet and the beds were comfortable too.

when i booked the room everything went smooth. When i got to the hotel i was told that they dont rent to locals. I was having problems with my heater and when i explained my self to the lady that checked me in, she was more then helpful. she was friendly and explained everything perfectly.

Pool was great for kids and a great hot breakfast that was more then just a waffle. Bacon, eggs, sausage and potatoes, pancakes where the items available for our stay
